Where we come from

Many of us have worked at agencies for years. We gained our experience in complex environments, with clients who wanted to move forward. But at a certain point, we all saw the same thing: the people doing the work have too little influence on the quality and direction.

So we started freelancing. That gave us freedom, but it also made the work lonely at times. You have no one to fall back on, no sparring partner, and you build everything on your own.

Pack of Nodes was created to solve that problem. Working together, but without hierarchy. Sharing responsibility, but keeping your own business.

How to become a Node

If you want to join us, we won't start with a resume or a pitch. We just want to see how you work and how you think. In the first few months, you'll work on projects. You'll get to know us, and we'll get to know you. Not to test you, but to see if it's a good fit. If it is, you'll become a co-owner.

You remain an entrepreneur. You keep your clients and your freedom. Only now you're not on your own anymore.
